Terms of purchase

Last updated September 5, 2026

1. Seller

Shop orders are sold by Halovaj Service Corp, 4633 188th Street, Flushing, NY 11358. Questions: +1 888-958-1341 or info@halovajservices.com.

2. What you are buying

Books, kits, and supplies are sold as printed goods and office materials. They are educational and organizational tools. They are not legal advice, not court forms filed on your behalf, and not a substitute for an attorney.

3. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we send a confirmation with an order number. Prices are in U.S. dollars. New York sales tax is added where required. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock or if payment cannot be verified.

4. Shipping and pickup

Title and risk of loss pass when the carrier collects the parcel, or when you collect a pickup order at the office. Delivery windows are estimates. You are responsible for a correct shipping address.

5. Use of materials

Guides and worksheets are licensed for your household or personal use. You may not resell, photocopy for sale, or republish the text. Document-preparation services are contracted separately from shop goods.

6. Returns

Returns follow the refund policy.

7. Limitation

To the extent allowed by New York law, our liability for a shop purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item. We are not liable for filing outcomes at an agency or court.

8. Online consultation

Basic, Silver, and Platinum packages are sold as online consultation and document support, not as a promise of any agency or court result. We always advise and guide you according to law and help you do things in the right way, legally. The final decision is only and only based on your profile and documents. Our consultation charges do not depend on the final verdict.

You pay the published starting fee to reserve a video slot. Any further amount stays inside the package range and is quoted in writing before extra work begins. Halovaj is not a law firm and does not appear in court.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes are heard in the state or federal courts sitting in New York County, unless a consumer statute requires otherwise.
