Refund policy

Shop goods

You may return an unopened book, kit, or supply within 14 days of delivery (or of office pickup) for a refund of the item price. The item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and seals intact.

What is not refundable

• Opened kits, used worksheets, or books with writing or worn spines
• Custom-printed name or household labels
• Consultation retainers after 24 hours from payment
• Document-preparation and intake fees after work has started
• Shipping charges, except where we shipped the wrong item

Damaged or wrong item

If a parcel arrives damaged or we sent the wrong SKU, write within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We replace the item or refund the item price and outbound shipping.

How to request a return

Call +1 888-958-1341 or email info@halovajservices.com with your order number. We send a return authorization. Ship the parcel back to 4633 188th Street, Flushing, NY 11358. Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days after we inspect the return.

Consultation retainers

Basic, Silver, and Platinum consultation fees are refundable only within 24 hours of payment, and only if the video slot has not already been used. After 24 hours the retainer is earned in full. A later agency or court decision — grant, denial, or delay — does not create a refund. Fees never depend on the verdict.

Document services

If you cancel intake before we begin assembling a packet, the service fee is refunded in full. After assembly starts, the fee is earned. Shop items on the same invoice still follow the rules above.
